my locker stopped working in the rear. If I remove the cover (with the two 10mm bolts)that covers the end of the shaft that holds the fork, it works fine. No mater if I tighten the bolts locked or unlocked it will not operate. Has anyone had this problem?
also I switched the motor and that did not help. :(

Could the shaft be bent? When the e-locker is un-locked, does the cover go on easy?

I have a close issue, my light come on intermittently. For no reason, you can be riding down the road and it will flash sometimes and then stay on some times. It is not engaged I am sure of that, I unplugged it and cleaned all the connections and it stopped for about a month and then came back, it operates perfectly but still the light flashes, I just keep it unplugged until i figure out what I need to fix.

run a 12V to the actuator, bypassing everything but the motor. If it works, it aint the motor:)
