Won a contract on a home tonight.Moving to Maryland. So i will be calling in favors for help moving. Settlement is on the 18th of next month. Will post pics soon. It is in Sharpsburg. Near Harpers Fairy But on the other side of the potomac. Killer fishing and walking distance to the river. It backs parkland.

20 min. to Jamison. 25 from bill. 12 min from James, 50 miles from work and over a hour closer to Pa wheeling spots.
