I just hope it doesn't have the typically cheesy Chevy plastic interior.

Ok let me get this started. A little history lesson,

1960 Camaros, pretty cool, copy the mustang, Boss 302 comes and spanks camaros and corvettes through all types of racing.

1970's Camaros, Firebirds, Transams. No body can tell the difference and no one cares but Smokey and the Bandit. Extra question for this era, how can you have a car with a 400+ cubic inch motor and still be a turd.

1980's Always, I repeat, always following the 5.0. T-tops leaking, door panels falling off, and still no one realizes tGM that urethane groundeffects do not create horsepower but they decimate squirrels.

1990's Things are better for the drivetrain, stolen from the Corvette. My wife had a 1998 Trans Am LT1. Quick car no doubt. Window fell in the door and destroyed itself and the guides. Check engine light a permanet fixture. 6 hours labor to change plug and plug wires. Waterpump exploded at 60k miles. So for a car with a stolen motor and less than elementry engineering skills it was quick when it ran.

2000.....- SS neat fast, stolen motor in junk body but very fast. Prouction ends.

In response to the video posted. That sure does look like a Cadiallac Exterior Design Engineer left and came to the Camaro project. Good they need the help. I promise that the famed interior designer has kept his job. A camaro is not a camaro without an interior made from used childrens toys and empty plastic beer bottles

My Rant and the solution to it is buy a Supra, better, faster, used around 20k

Just trying to stir up some shit HaHaHaHa

You better knock the dust off that history book and look again. In '67, it's first year of production, it lost to Ford by 7 points in the Trans Am series. And won it the next two years by large margins. And it sure as hell wasn't any copy of the Mustang.

the only thing an any mustang is good for is to look pretty.... my sister is on her third in 2 years for lemons. and they say chevy cant build a car. oh yeah as far as ford goes Fucked Over Rebuilt Dodge!! at least mopar had something of their own even if it sucked. i cant think of a rustang that doesnt need rebuilt at least every five years just to stay running! btw the chevy smallblock is the most popular motor in the world. gotta love pushrod power.

Hmm I'll bite

60's camaro's all over the road yet.

Mustangs hard pressed to find one thats not completly rotted out.

70's in just camaros alone there was several different styles. GM got pushed big time as well as everyone else for smog. Still see them on the roads.

Ford heck at least they turned tail and ran. Made the cobraII  BTW when was the last time you saw one in nice shape or moving under its own power????

80's GMs F-body was just as well off if not better as anything Ford made. 5spd tranies sucked but was covered in warranty and was replaced with optional 6spd(t56)

Fords well the FOX body took over. People realized a Fairmont with a different body was cool. 80's mustangs are known for doors rattling, rear body breaking hatch area, ft frame cracks, rear piller cracks. OH yeah they had terrible problems with T-tops leaking on brand new cars. Not to mention junk trannies. The manual and auto sucked.

90's replay the 80's for most of it. Both companies squeezed what they had till the new bodies came out.

Then both companies came out with junk and pretty much destroyed the low buck fast car. The idea behind a muscle car is light car lotsa power for a fair price.
