We should start with Ted.
Seriously though, will you give notice that non-posters will be deleted, or will they just be deleted?

I dunno. Probably. We will need to do a purge sometime.

That in my opinion sounds reasonable becasue; look we have 189 members overall and there is only a small bunch that are "active" with maryland ttora. I would send them messages about the purposal. The only thing is I hope they wouldn't just start being bullsg*t members and do worthless posts and stuff like that.

Ted's just looking for a role as an extra on the Soprano's
Seriously though, it's getting old... A lot of people register to either post or reply on the "for sale" topic, then they go away. There's a strong need for a purge every now and then.

That is the part that pisses me off. Maybe we should moderate that section to keep that from happening. Like the posts have to approved. I wonder if the software can handle it.

Probably, but I really don't have the time or desire to sit there and approve posts. .
Just start a check-in thread, send out a massive newsletter, anyone who doesn't post gets the boot.
