Well I got my suspension in and here it is in all its glory
Donahoes With Camburg UCA's Bilsten 5100's a pair of 8 leaf Deavers and a set of Wheelers Black steelies. I pick up my tires on Friday. I went with 33x10.5R15 BFG Mud Terrains. Kyle and I are doing a marathon of suspension modding this weekend when he brings his truck over to throw on his new bling and slap my stuff in.

Len also has one of these to put on:

It's gonna be fun to bolt on all this stuff on both our trucks. Anyone is welcome to show up to watch/help/drink beer.
We shouldn't *need* any help, as this is pretty standard stuff, but it's always nice to have some other opinions on how to do things.
PM Len or me if you're interested in showing up.

Well after plenty of Blood, Sweat and Beers, Kyle and I got this thing together.

This marathon of wrenching lasted 18 hours!!!!!

On his pregnant wife's birthday, Len labored until past 2:00 in the morning, (we started at 8:00 in the morning the day before,) to not only finish his truck, but help with mine as well. We got them done. Len's truck looks amazing, and with it all being top-shelf stuff, it's going to take to the trails quite well.

Three words for all to hear, ball joints SUCK!

Len had a tool for them, it didn't work(to get them out,) Len welded them straight, that didn't work, we made a tool for them, it kinda worked. One in the morning, we crafted tool version 2.0, and that one hit the spot for my truck. All in all, we probably spent a good 10-12 hours messing with ball joints. Pretty much everything else went as it should.

Point of the story is, if I ever say, "It shouldn't be a problem." It WILL be a problem! (Sorry for ever saying that Len, I cursed us!)

Yep that road trip is going to be Hecull's trip to Rausch Creek and Paragon

Yeah here is exactly what you said;

" I haven't done the upper A arms, but there's nothing to it; remove the ball joint, then the control arm. HA! every time I say "There's nothing to it" there ends up being a LOT to it, so I better keep my mouth shut. "

HAHA you called that one Right lol but it was, well I cant say Fun but I dont regret it, we got crafty on it and the end results were nice. Now to test her out in Rausch Creek and Paragon!

I am using Wheelers Black Steel Rims 15" with 4" of backspacing, and I am running 33x10.5's on it. I had some bad rubbing on my front bumper so I had to trim it back, it was rubbing so much that it popped my driverside turnsignal out lol! Probably cause I smashed that side in once and could not pound it out all the way. I also had to pound in my pinch welds. Now I dont rub at all on road still need to see what it does once I start hittin the trails.

I could help you with that spoacer lift there should not be much to it, especially since we wont have to mess with the balljoints hehe. Are you rubbing on your Upper control arms? May be because of the 12.50's on it what is the backspacing on your rims?

If you're in SEVA, I can lend a hand as well. The only issue with a spacer lift, or a spring replacement even(though not as bad,) is compressing the coils. This one I HAVE done before, and it's not too much of a problem.
Although, I do highly recommend some decent coilovers, much like the Sway Away's I'll have for sale here shortly.... hint, hint, nudge, nudge

Heh, I do need to watch my words. On paper, everything is easy. In practice, it's all much harder on a rusty Heep, err, umm...
I guess I'm just ambitious, especially when it's someone else's truck :P
Though a spacer lift isn't rocket science, and doesn't involve repeated usage of a 4' cheater bar.
All the same, I'm going to take your suggestion and keep my mouth shut! :D

I recommend bringing the 4' cheater bar now that you said that
