So I killed my starter mudding at the takeover, but toyota replaced it under warranty. I guess they didnt care that my skid plate looks like dresden in 1945 and that there were still chunkies of dried mud up under there. Gotta love that.

Glad you got away with it :)
Here's hoping they do the same with my AC compressor. The mud from Paragon on my compressor's clutch now determines when I do, and don't have AC since the Takeover.
No more mud, ever... I said it before, but this time I mean it! Peer pressure is a Bitch.
BTW, did you get your carpet all cleaned up after the flooding?
Kyle
You guys need to learn that mud is evil.

I learned it years and years ago, but when everyone else goes through the hole, what are you going to do?
Okay, so maybe it wasn't EVERYone else, but the taunting... :D
It's not going to happen for me again. I must have spent $30 at the coin-op car wash to get 1/2 way clean. I dread the next time I take a wrench to the truck. Things rust and *seize* up enough here in the East to have to worry about some mud-gunk fouling it up.
I'm DONE!

had to take the ham radio mic all apart and clean it tho, it was roughed up.
by the way, did anybody get any pictures of that? I remember sombody did. all i have is the ones my buddy took from inside, we were too busy trying to get out before te flooding got worse to get out and take a good picture, but i really want a shot of it.

Fawk mud. Mud is bad joojoo.
Long long long time ago, I had Toyota replace my fan, fan shrod, fan clutch, fan clutch bracket ($$$), radiator, water pump, thermostat, thermostat housing, timing belt, hoses, belts, fluids, and oil change under warranty. All covered under my extended warranty with a 70+k Taco. The best is when they took timing cover off, it was all caked up with mud. If I wasn't cool with the service rep, I would have been screwed. After take experience, I stayed out of the mud especially since the 3.4 ran better.
