Hey there all, good morning. Does anyone know, if anyone has tried this set up, 881 ome, 1inch spacer 1.5 shackel in the rear. 16.8 rim. I have this set now with 285 75 R16, BFG AT I trimmed the pinch weld and they run real good. I dont have a issue with rubbing. Iam not a big off roader, but have done some for the shear fact of getting to the fishing and hunting locations. Anyway, Just wondering about getting some 305s 75 r16. Anyone have any say on this one.

That's like a 34x12ish tire vs your current 32.5x11.25ish tire. And you probably have 16" rims, not 16.8"
You say you're not a big off roader, #1 you need to fix that!
As for the tires, I'm thinking you'll probably have to do more banging on the pinch weld, and will have to cut some plastic off your bumper valance. You're also going to be rubbing the frame quite bad with stock wheels and those tires on full lock, I rubbed with 265/75's on stock wheels. See if the tire shop will let you test fit one first if you possibly can.
Let us know how it goes.

That is true, need to do some more offroading. My truck is my only ride right now so i tend to be a little carefull. Anyway I think that you are right that a 305 might be a bit large. I am also think about a 305 70 r16. That would give me the same hight tire but a little wider. Then there is the next up from the 285 75 wich is a bit larger and a hair wider would be a 295 75. I guess I am stuck on the either the 295 75 and the 305 70. Hey thanks for checking my question. Hey how do you get a photo of your rig on next to your screen name??

When you're logged on, click "My Account" on the left side of the screen. Then click "My Avatar" and follow the directions on that page. You'll have to resize your picture to no bigger than 120x120 pixels before it will let you upload it.

Always a body lift if it doesn't fit.
